Anterior Quest | AQ-Solution FAQ

How many operatories will a 32 oz. bottle clean?

One 32 oz. bottle will last a four operatory office for two months.

Is AQ-Solution safe to use?

Yes, AQ-Solution is completely safe for humans!

What will happen after the first few applications?

The organics inside the vacuum line act as glue, clinging to the vacuum line walls and catching other solids as they flow through the lines. As those organics are rapidly dissolved, larger amounts of material will begin to break free from the vacuum walls and travel through the system. During the first week or two of using AQ-Solution offices will see an increase in the sludge collecting in traps because material is breaking free. As AQ-Solution is continually used, the sludge level will start to diminish over the next few weeks. This will be a result of the rejuvenation of the vacuum line due to the microbes and enzymes liquifying the organics and solids. With the removed solids offices should start to experience better suction and less cleaning of the chairside traps.

How does AQ-Solution restore vacuum line suction?

AQ-Solution not only breaks down but also digest organic waste throughout the entire evacuation system. Elimination of accumulated waste in the system restores vacuum suction to its maximum capacity!

How does AQ-Solution eliminate trap and hand cleaning?

Because AQ-Solution breaks down and also digest organic waste, AQ-Solution eliminates the need for daily trap cleaning. Simply dump traps once or twice monthly!

How does AQ-Solution clean between uses?

AQ-Solution uses the most advanced microbe and enzymatic formulation to dissolve and liquefy the organic waste inside the vacuum line. As the microbes are released into the vacuum line they begin to “eat” away at the organic material. The organic material is their sustaining food supply as they begin to reproduce creating more good microbes to further digest the waste. This process continues long after the cleaner has been introduced. Even over the weekend while no work is taking place the microbes will be digesting and liquefying the solids leaving the office with a much cleaner suction line when work is resumed on Monday.

How does AQ-Solution remove odors?

Trap and line odors are caused by hydrogen sulfide, sulfur and ammonia. AQ-Solution’s proprietary formula breaks down and digest the solids where sulfur-producing bacteria normally thrive, eliminating the odors.

Is AQ-Solution safe to use with my amalgam containment system?

Yes. AQ-Solution will help break down the bacteria that can cause large debris to build up in your lines. With the large debris no longer an issue your containment system will be working at its most efficient level.

Is AQ-Solution safe for use on systems equipped with amalgam separators?

Yes, AQ-Solution is a non-foaming, neutral pH line cleaner, that works perfectly with all amalgam separators. AQ-Solution will prolong the life of a filter because of the microbe and enzyme capabilities of reducing sludge. Lower sludge levels and less solids collecting and blinding the filters helps in the filter’s efficiency and longevity.

Is AQ-Solution safe for use on dry-vacuum pump systems?

Yes. Since AQ-Solution is non-foaming it is safe to use on a dry pump system. Because AQ- Solution keeps lines clear and free flowing, your pump will not work as hard and will last longer!

How does AQ-Solution compare to other evacuation products?

AQ-Solution is more environmentally friendly, more effective, more economical, and benefits an evacuation system in more ways than all other evacuation products on the market.

Is AQ-Solution EPA compliant?

Yes. All EPA requirements are met by AQ-Solution. AQ-Solution is a non-foaming, non-oxidizing, microbial and enzymatic cleaner with a neutral pH (between 6-8).

Can AQ-Solution be used in other areas of the office?

Yes. AQ-Solution can be used where organic waste accumulates. Whether that be drains or toilets, AQ-Solution will break down that organic waste and help improve suction, as well as flow from drains and toilets.
